I will be with you in the future,not only for your low price or features,mostly,for one reason,you are giving a really good custom service.Everytime I met a trouble,they were just coming up,being polite and helpful,sometimes,they could not manage,they would kindly give me advise,I appreciate it.Although sometimes I was yelling at them,even with some sear word,but later I realised,it was not their fault at all,what can they do with a bad server?I suggest,your technical teams need to talk with them ofen,to know what is going on,to know what the customers need,and to face the various problem directly not via low efficient tickets,finding a way out to help your custom service and to help us customers.
